Fundamentos del coaching: Un enfoque gerencial para los retos docentes actuales

Abstract

La gerencia cumple un rol decisivo en la gestión y desarrollo de las organizaciones sociales asumiendo una responsabilidad significativa en orden con los nuevos escenarios mundiales. Por ende, un gerente educativo debe estar preparado para incorporarse a estas demandas, contribuyendo con la formación de un individuo integral, con permanente actitud visionaria, crítica y participativa. En este sentido, este ensayo tiene como objetivo describir los fundamentos del coaching como un enfoque gerencial para los retos docentes actuales, la idea es presentar los fundamentos o elementos en los que se apoya la temática planteada, de manera que se pueda visualizar el impacto positivo que tiene este enfoque en el quehacer docente tomando en cuenta que los estudiantes son unos seres holísticos y como tal deben ser formados.

Therefore, an educational manager must be prepared to join these demands, contributing to the formation of a comprehensive individual, with a permanent visionary, critical and participatory attitude. In this sense, this essay aims to describe the foundations of coaching as a managerial approach for current teaching challenges, the idea is to present the foundations or elements on which the proposed topic is based, so that the positive impact can be visualized. that has this approach in teaching work taking into account that students are holistic beings and must be trained as such.
