Proyecto de profundización en la educación media en el Colegio Heladia Mejía: Avances y perspectivas

Abstract

Este artículo en la modalidad de experiencia educativa presenta algunas consideraciones sobre los avances, luego de ocho años de implementación del proyecto LIDERAZGO PARA GESTION DE PROYECTO DE VIDA SOSTENIBLE que orienta el núcleo de profundización de educación media en el colegio Heladia Mejía IED. El acompañamiento pedagógico integral y oferta diversa en las asignaturas Emprendimiento, Investigación, Matemáticas Financieras y Fundamentos de Mecatrónica, teniendo como pilares las competencias del siglo XXI, habilidades socioemocionales y los ODS, con exitosa aplicación del ABP ha permitido a los estudiantes de grados 10 y 11 el desarrollo de proyectos articulados con las cuatro asignaturas, que constituyen su trabajo de grado, que además de aportar avances en ciencia y tecnología, facilitan la articulación con la educación superior y/o el mundo laboral. Esto ha contribuido a la formación de jóvenes con calidad humana, que construyendo su proyecto de vida trascenderán en la sociedad como ciudadanos competentes.

This article, in the form of an educational experience, presents some considerations about the progress made after eight years of implementing the LEADERSHIP FOR SUSTAINABLE LIFE PROJECT MANAGEMENT project that guides the deepening core of secondary education at Heladia Mejía IED school. Comprehensive pedagogical support and diverse offerings in the subjects of Entrepreneurship, Research, Financial Mathematics, and Fundamentals of Mechatronics, based on the XXI century competencies, socio-emotional skills, and SDGs, with successful application of PBL, have allowed students in grades 10 and 11 to develop projects articulated with the four subjects that constitute their degree work. These projects contribute not only to advances in science and technology but also facilitate articulation with higher education and/or the job market. This has contributed to the formation of young people with human quality who, by building their life project, will transcend in society as competent citizens.
