La nivelación de conocimientos: Retos de la educación post pandemia

Abstract

Una vez que los estudiantes retornaron a las clases presenciales, las pruebas de diagnósticos indicaron que existen bajos niveles de conocimientos, por lo que se hizo necesario aplicar diferentes estrategias para nivelarlos. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar cuáles fueron las estrategias de nivelación más exitosas en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. Se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo basado en el método fenomenológico hermenéutico, se construyó y validó un instrumento que extrajera la información de las prácticas docentes de acuerdo con el objetivo planteado, para lo cual se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a 22 docentes de diferentes asignaturas pertenecientes a cinco instituciones educativas privadas del Distrito Educativo de Calderón de la ciudad de Quito. Los resultados permitieron conocer que se utilizaron diferentes estrategias para la nivelación, pero las dos mejores estrategias fueron la contextualización en base a las habilidades de los estudiantes y el acompañamiento de los padres de familia o representantes en el hogar, esto permitió homogeneizar los aprendizajes básicos de acuerdo con el nivel de estudio. Se concluye que las estrategias de nivelación deben ser coherentes a los resultados del diagnóstico por lo que deben ser panificadas y abordadas individualmente, no solo para alcanzar los conocimientos básicos sino para que se desarrollen las capacidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y creatividad.

Once the students returned to face-to-face classes, the diagnostic tests indicated that there are low levels of knowledge, so it became necessary to apply different strategies to level them. The objective of this research was to determine which were the most successful leveling strategies in the teaching-learning process. The qualitative approach based on the hermeneutic phenomenological method was used, an instrument was built and validated to extract information from teaching practices in accordance with the stated objective, for which semi-structured interviews were conducted with 22 teachers of different subjects belonging to five institutions. private educational institutions of the Calderón Educational District in the city of Quito. The results allowed us to know that different strategies were used for leveling, but the two best strategies were contextualization based on the students' abilities and the accompaniment of parents or representatives at home, this allowed to homogenize the basic learning of according to the level of study. It is concluded that the leveling strategies must be consistent with the results of the diagnosis, so they must be planned and addressed individually, not only to achieve basic knowledge but also to develop communication, problem-solving andcreativity skills.
