Factores resilientes en docentes como recurso psicoemocional para afrontar las adversidades del entorno educativo actual

Abstract

En este artículo se expone una investigación que ha tenido como propósito determinar los factores resilientes en docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Augusto Solorzano Hoyos” como recurso psicoemocional para afrontar los infortunios del medio educativo actual. Este es un estudio de corte transversal, con una orientación cuantitativa. Los sujetos de estudio fueron 42 docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Augusto Solorzano Hoyos”, a los docentes se les aplicó la escala de Resiliencia SV-RES propuesta por el Dr. Saavedra y el Dr. Villalta 2008, con la que se pudo estimar los niveles de resiliencia de los docentes y los factores específicos que lo constituyen. Siendo Identidad el Factor con mayor puntaje, alcanzando 79,03 puntos percentil el cual es considerado Alto y Afectividad el factor con menor puntaje obteniendo 57,47 puntos percentil, considerado con el resto de los factores en el rango de Promedio según el baremo utilizado. Se llegó a la conclusión que los niveles de resiliencia de los docentes son promedios, siendo la expresión resiliente del Yo Soy-Yo estoy la que predomina en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “Augusto Solorzano Hoyos”.

This article presents an investigation that has had the purpose of determining the resilient factors in teachers of the "Augusto Solórzano Hoyos" Educational Unit as a psycho-emotional resource to face the misfortunes of the current educational environment. This is a cross-sectional study, with a quantitative orientation. The study subjects were 42 teachers from the "Augusto Solórzano Hoyos" Educational Unit. The SV-RES Resilience scale proposed by Dr. Saavedra and Dr. Villalta 2008 was applied to the teachers, with which it was possible to estimate the levels of resilience of teachers and the specific factors that constitute it. Being Identity the Factor with the highest score, reaching 79.03 percentile points, which is considered High, and Affectivity the factor with the lowest score, obtaining 57.47 percentile points, considered with the rest of the factors in the Average range according to the scale used. It was concluded that the levels of resilience of the teachers are average, being the resilient expression of I Am-I am the one that predominates in the teachers of the Educational Unit "Augusto Solórzano Hoyos"
