La motivación en el aprendizaje de la lectura en los estudiantes

Abstract

La lectura contribuye a la formación integral de los individuos y para su aprendizaje depende en gran medida de la motivación del docente y del estudiante. Este planteamiento motivó la realización del presente trabajo cuyo objetivo es describir el proceso motivacional que aplican los docentes para fortalecer el aprendizaje de la lectura en estudiantes de la Básica Elemental, de la Unidad Educativa Luis A. Martínez del Cantón Montecristi, Sitio Bajo de la Palma, Provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. La Metodología es de tipo inductivo-deductivo, bibliográfico, descriptivo, con un enfoque mixto. Se aplicó una encuesta y un cuestionario a 27 estudiantes 7 docentes. Se constató que hay niveles aceptables de motivación en los docentes para desarrollar el aprendizaje de la lectura y la mayoría de los estudiantes manifestaron estar motivados pese a que el aula no cuenta con los suficientes recursos didácticos.

Reading contributes to the integral formation of individuals and for its learning depends largely on the motivation of the teacher and the student. This approach motivated the realization of the present work whose objective is to describe the motivational process that teachers apply to strengthen the learning of reading in students of the Elementary School, of the Luis A. Martínez Educational Unit of the Montecristi Canton, Sitio Bajo de la Palma. , Manabi Province, Ecuador. The Methodology is inductive-deductive, bibliographic, descriptive, with a mixed approach. A survey and a questionnaire were applied to 27 students 7 teachers. It was found that there are acceptable levels of motivation in teachers to develop reading learning and most students said they were motivated despite the fact that the classroom does not have sufficient teaching resources.
