La contextualización del currículo priorizado ecuatoriano: una conexión con la realidad de la comunidad educativa

Abstract

El Ministerio de Educación del Ecuador después de cinco años de expedirse del Currículo Nacional vigente, emite a través de un acuerdo ministerial la regularización de la contextualización curricular. El Objetivo del artículo es dar a conocer cómo la contextualización curricular puede interconectarse entre el currículo priorizado con la realidad de la comunidad educativa durante la pandemia. Se realizó una investigación de tipo teórica a través de una revisión documental relacionada con el recorrido histórico curricular ecuatoriano, la contextualización de los currículos complementarios y la problemática educativa vivida durante la pandemia, se determinó que la contextualización curricular permite el acercamiento a la realidad institucional con el currículo abierto y flexible, como un instrumento para llegar a la complejidad de los aprendizajes, en función a los hechos y realidades de la comunidad educativa; en un ambiente de aprendizaje funcional y armónico, en que el alumno llegue al descubrimiento por construcción y entendimiento del conocimiento, recayendo esta responsabilidad en el docente que aunque haya cambiado de rol, siempre será el que debe velar por la formación de las nuevas generaciones.

The Ministry of Education of Ecuador after five years of issuing the current National Curriculum, issues through a ministerial agreement the regularization of the curricular contextualization. The objective of the article is to make known how the curricular contextualization can be interconnected between the prioritized curriculum and the reality of the educational community during the pandemic. A theoretical investigation was carried out through a documentary review related to the Ecuadorian curricular historical journey, the contextualization of the complementary curricula and theeducational problems experienced during the pandemic, it was determined that the curricular contextualization allows the approach to the institutional reality with the open and flexible curriculum, as an instrument to reach the complexity of learning, based on the facts and realities of the educational community; in a functional and harmonious learning environment, in which the student reaches the discovery by construction and understanding of knowledge, this responsibility falls on the teacher who, although he has changed his role, will always be the one who must ensure the formation of the new generations.
