La gerencia postconvencional, autotélica y heterárquica en el campo de la educación especial

Abstract

La educación es un proceso esencial en el desarrollo del ser humano, en las últimas décadas ha sido motivo de transformación constante, debido a los persistentes cambios que se han generado en la sociedad; por tanto, los diferentes actores del sistema educativo se ven en la necesidad de reconsiderar la visión asumida por el gerente en el campo de la educación para afrontar la hipercompleja sociedad postconvencional. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa a través de la técnica de revisión de literatura científica que contempla artículos de bases de datos especializados en políticas de investigación, tomando en cuenta el objeto de estudio, el método que lo orientó fue el hermenéutico-dialéctico. Obteniendo como resultados en el presente ensayo facilitar la visión del gerente en esta modalidad desde una perspectiva autotélica y heterárquica, proponiendo diferentes estrategias que le permitan establecer un sistema común de pensamiento, para atender con efectividad el conjunto humano multidisciplinario que tiene que administrar, para lo cual se describieron los fundamentos de la postconvencionalidad, efectuando una argumentación sobre las características del gerente de educación especial basándose en el punto de vista autotélico y heterárquico que éste asume ante la observación detallada de la realidad que le rodea, además del desempeño ético del conocimiento adquirido durante su formación y las expectativas que se tienen sobre la nueva gerencia postconvencional. Por ello se concluye un cambio de la actitud gerencial hacia los nuevos niveles de la complejidad, incentivando la eficiente administración del personal institucional, apoyándose en una efectiva comunicación y basada en la atención integral a la diversidad de los estudiantes.

Education is an essential process in the development of the human being, in recent decades it has been a source of constant transformation, due to the persistent changes that have been generated in society; therefore, the different actors of the educational system find it necessary to reconsider the vision assumed by the manager in the field of education to face the hyper-complex post-conventional society. The qualitative methodology was used through the scientific literature review technique that includes articles from databases specialized in research policies, taking into account the object of study, the method that guided it was the hermeneutic-dialectical. Obtaining as results in the present essay to facilitate the vision of the manager in this modality from an autotelic and heterarchic perspective, proposing different strategies that allow him to establish a common system of thought, to effectively attend the multidisciplinary human group that he has to manage, for what which the fundamentals of post-conventionality were described, making an argument about the characteristics of the special education manager based on the autotelic and heterarchical point of view that he assumes before the detailed observation of the reality that surrounds him, in addition to the ethical performance of the knowledge acquired during their training and the expectations they have about the new post-conventional management. For this reason, a change in the managerial attitude towards the new levels of complexity is concluded, encouraging the efficient administration of institutional personnel, relying on effective communication and based on comprehensive attention to the diversity of students.
