Una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica de la gestión del trabajo en equipo

Abstract

Dentro del ámbito de estudio, se ha consignado la metodología de aplicación que ha logrado optimizar la gestión mediante el trabajo en equipo. Así, la presente revisión sistemática está enfocada en el trabajo en equipo de acuerdo con el rubro donde se gestione; ya que puede tener distintas implicancias de desarrollo. Por ello, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica en un periodo comprendido en los últimos 5 años, según el método PRISMA, donde se propuso como objetivo determinar el estado de la cuestión de la variable gestión del trabajo en equipo durante el periodo 2018 al 2023. En este sentido, se han seleccionado artículos vinculados con esta temática, de donde después de aplicar los filtros se obtuvieron 30 artículos científicos recopilados de fuentes indexadas como ProQuest, Dialnet, ScienceDirect y SciELO que están vinculados con la variable de estudio. Así, se halló mediante esta metodología empleada que en el análisis de todas estas fuentes indexadas correspondieron en su mayoría al tipo de estudio descriptivo y a los países de Hong Kong, Brasil y Perú (todos en 8%) dentro del rango de años establecido en la investigación, destacando el año 2021.

Within the scope of the study, the application methodology that has managed to optimize management through teamwork has been included. Thus, this systematic review is focused on teamwork according to the area where it is managed, since it can have different development implications. Therefore, a systematic review of the scientific literature has been carried out over a period of the last 5 years, according to the PRISMA method, where the objective was proposed to determine the state of the art of the teamwork management variable during the period 2018 to 2023. In this sense, articles related to this topic were selected, from which, after applying the filters, 30 scientific articles were obtained from indexed sources such as ProQuest, Dialnet, ScienceDirect and SciELO that are related to the study variable. Thus, it was found through this methodology that the analysis of all these indexed sources corresponded mostly to the descriptive type of study and to the countries of Hong Kong, Brazil, and Peru (all in 8%) within the range of years established in the research, highlighting the year 2021.
