Fundamentos Normativos, Filosóficos. Epistemológicos y Axiológicos para la Reinserción Social del privado de libertad en Venezuela desde el Positivismo Jurídico

Abstract

La Educación, es un proceso permanente que busca el desarrollo de todas las virtudes del ser humano y la sociedad; más específicamente dentro del sistema penitenciario, la educación siempre debe estar relacionada con un proyecto de hombre holístico, y de una sociedad activamente en proceso de construcción. Esto implica que la educación dentro de los centros penitenciarios, tiene que responder al conjunto de situaciones nacionales, socioculturales, a las vivencias de los privados de libertad y a las perspectivas de éstos acerca de los múltiples e inevitables cambios y transformaciones que con el transcurrir de los tiempos demanda la sociedad. Desde lo metodológico se abordó desde de la investigación es documental representado un nivel de análisis, ya que se estudió el problema con el propósito de ampliar, profundizar y analizar los fundamentos normativos, filosóficos. epistemológicos y axiológicos para la reinserción social del privado de libertad en Venezuela. Se trata de un diseño de investigación de tipo bibliográfico de cuya fuente se obtuvo la información que se necesitó para generar conocimientos y desarrollar esta investigación, se revisaron documentos manuales, revistas, talleres información de fuentes electrónicas, se aplicó técnica de análisis de contenido comparativo deducciones y síntesis de aquí se analizó temas de verdadera relevancia para esta tesis investigación. Según Hernández et al (2010) permite utilizar al usuario la información registrada en los diversos documentos sirve para localizar seleccionar la información precisa registrada en la masa de documentos existentes.
