Potencial de ayuda del núcleo familiar en el proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje de la matemática

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el potencial de ayuda del núcleo familiar en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la matemática en la Unidad Educativa Colegio “Ciudad La Tendida”, municipio Samuel Darío Maldonado del Estado Táchira. Metodológicamente se apoyó en el paradigma positivista con un enfoque cuantitativo, sustentado en el nivel descriptivo, de campo, no experimental y transaccional. Se utilizó una muestra de 5 docentes, 70 estudiantes y 70 padres y/o representantes, a quienes se les administró un cuestionario tipo escala de 21 ítems. Se concluyó que los padres y representantes algunas veces brindan ayuda a sus hijos en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la matemática, existen escasos encuentros con el docente para conocer el rendimiento académico de éstos y no es frecuente que fomenten hábitos de estudios, trayendo consigo dificultades en el aprendizaje de la matemática de séptimo grado.

The objective of this research was to determine the potential for help of the family nucleus in the process of teaching and learning of mathematics in the Educational Unit School "Ciudad La Tendida", municipality Samuel Darío Maldonado of the Táchira State. Methodologically, he relied on the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, based on the descriptive, field, non-experimental and transactional level. A sample of 5 teachers, 70 students and 70 parents and / or representatives was used, who were administered a questionnaire type scale of 21 items. It wasconcluded that parents and representatives sometimes provide support to their children in the process of teaching and learning mathematics, there are few meetings with the teacher to know their academic performance and it is not often that they encourage study habits, bringing with them difficulties in learning seventh grade math.
