Motivación y trabajo en el contexto post covid-19. Caso venezolano

Abstract

El presente estudio transita a partir de un criterio contingente para la valoración del trabajo, sus relaciones y derivaciones. Se advierte como aspecto axial para las nuevas interpretaciones del mundo del trabajo la motivación de los sujetos, superando incluso como elemento sustancial, al influjo de las tecnologías. En el caso venezolano se verifica una heterogeneidad de factores preexistentes a la pandemia que han deteriorado la estructura emotiva de los trabajadores y concurren de manera determinante en la disposición de los individuos para el trabajo, agravándose de manera alarmante en el periodo indefinido de la pandemia por COVID-19. El análisis, de tipo documental, hace un acercamiento a los aspectos resaltantes de la motivación para el trabajo en el contexto venezolano.

The present study transits from a contingent criterion for the evaluation of the work, its relations and derivations. The motivation of the subjects is noticed as an axial aspect for the new interpretations of the world of work, even surpassing as a substantial element, the influence of technologies. In the Venezuelan case, there is a heterogeneity of prepandemic factors that have deteriorated the emotional structure of workers and concur in a decisive way in the willingness of individuals to work, worsening alarmingly in the indefinite period of the pandemic due to COVID-19. The analysis, of documentary type, makes an approach to the salient aspects of the motivation for work in the Venezuelan context.
