Una visión contemporánea de la motivación en el contexto de la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez: Núcleo Valles del Tuy

Abstract

Este artículo representa una sistematización de experiencias, donde el capital humano es el valor productivo de las habilidades profesionales que actúa para cumplir objetivos. En esta construcción se pretende dejar un registro que parte del día a día entre los docentes a la hora de llevar a cabo un trabajo académico, que supone un cambio cualitativo. La metodología es de carácter crítico y reflexivo, con elementos biográficos, el objetivo de esta investigación, es analizar las destrezas motivacionales para mejorar el desempeño laboral de los facilitadores de las diferentes áreas del conocimiento de la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez, como conclusión se demuestra que la motivación es un elemento importante del comportamiento organizacional que permite canalizar el esfuerzo, la energía y la conducta del trabajador, permitiéndole sentirse mejor respecto a lo que hace y estimulándolo a que trabaje más para el logro de los objetivos que interesan a la institución, vinculado con la propia satisfacción por cada tarea realizada, partiendo desde el bienestar que produce el conjunto de sentimientos que involucran el conocimiento, la experiencia y la eficiencia de realizar el desempeño de actividades laborales, bajo un gran ambiente de trabajo.

This article represents a systematization of experiences, where human capital is the productive value of professional skills that acts to meet objectives. In this construction it is intended to leave a record that starts from the day to day among teachers when carrying out academic work, which implies a qualitative change. The methodology is of a critical and reflective nature, with biographical elements, the objective of this research is to analyze the motivational skills to improve the workperformance of the facilitators of the different areas of knowledge of the Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University, as a conclusion is shown that motivation is an important element of organizational behavior that allows channeling the effort, energy and behavior of the worker, allowing him to feel better about what he does and encouraging him to work harder to achieve the objectives that interest the institution, linked to one's own satisfaction for each task performed, starting from the well-being produced by the set of feelings that involve knowledge, experience and the efficiency of carrying out work activities, under a great work environment.
