LA NEGRITUD AFRO-CARIBEÑA Y LA RESISTENCIA ANTI-COLONIAL EN LA POESÍA DE AIMÉ CESÁIRE

Abstract

En esta ponencia se propone una descripción y valoración de la poética de Aimé Cesáire como expresión de la negritud afrocaribeña y la resistencia anticolonial en el proceso cultural del Caribe, a partir específicamente del tema de la patria de su libro Cuaderno de un retorno al país natal y desde una perspectiva dialéctica, dialógica y en relación intertextual con poemas de Hölderlin y Pérez Bonalde sobre el mismo tema de la patria, logrando evidenciar aproximaciones y diferencias estéticas e ideológicas entre estos tres poetas en torno a sus respectivas visiones acerca del tema mencionado.

This paper proposes a description and assessment of the poetics of Aimé Cesáire as an expression of the Afro-Caribbean negritude and the anti-colonial resistance in the cultural process of the Caribe. It starts specifically from the topic of the homeland of her book Notebook of a return to homeland and from a dialectical, dialogical and intertextual perspective with poems by Hölderlin and Pérez Bonalde on the same topic, showing the approximations and aesthetic and ideological differences between these three poets about their respective visions on this topic.
