dc.descriptionThe entrepreneur in management plays a fundamental role, because the success of the venture depends on it. For this, there are three (3) axes to take into account: decision making, financial capacity and competitiveness, which are interrelated with the attitude of the entrepreneur, his management style and the way he manages financial resources. Through this article we present the interpretation made to the three axes that move the entrepreneur's management to improve the management of the enterprises, located in the Libertador Municipality of the Mérida state. The research has a qualitative approach, an interpretive paradigm, the method used was the phenomenological-hermeneutical. The inquiries were taken from five (5) entrepreneurs, with five (5) years established the ventures. This was achieved using an in-depth interview with a script of six (6) questions, two for each axis. The final considerations show strategies to improve the entrepreneur's managerial practice. It was recommended that you must have the responsibility, strength and passion as the basis for making effective decisions based on the appropriate resource, thus facilitating constant innovation and positively influencing the company, therefore, in the competitiveness demanded by the market and today's management.en-US
dc.descriptionEl emprendedor en la gerencia juega un papel fundamental, porque de éste depende el éxito del emprendimiento. Para ello, existen tres (3) ejes a tomar en cuenta: toma de decisiones, capacidad financiera y competitividad, los cuales están interrelacionados con la actitud del emprendedor, su estilo de gerencia y la manera como gestiona los recursos financieros. A través de este artículo presentamos la interpretación efectuada a los tres ejes que mueven la gerencia del emprendedor para mejorar la gestión de los emprendimientos, ubicados en el Municipio Libertador del estado Mérida. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, paradigma interpretativo, el método usado fue el fenomenológico- hermenéutico. Las indagaciones se tomaron de cinco (5) emprendedores, con cinco (5) años constituidos los emprendimientos. Esto se logró usando una entrevista a profundidad con un guión de seis (6) preguntas, dos por cada eje. En las consideraciones finales se muestran estrategias para mejorar la práctica gerencial del emprendedor. Se recomendó que debe tener la responsabilidad, fuerza y pasión como bases para tomar decisiones efectivas en función del recurso adecuado, así facilitar la constante innovación e influenciar de manera positiva en la empresa por ende en la competitividad que demanda el mercado y la gerencia de hoy.es-ES
