dc.descriptionEl objetivo del presente ensayo es explicar la naturaleza y la importancia del esfuerzo de Lakatos referente a los programas de investigación científica, a través de una revisión bibliográfica sobre su crítica y reformulación del falsasionismo de Popper, quien había postulado dos condiciones fundamentales para que una teoría sea considerada como científica: la primera, debía ser falseable, y la segunda, condición debía ser no falseada, por lo tanto la contrastación de una teoría científica daría como resultado dos acepciones científicas; una se podría corroborar, y la otra debía someterse a la propia falsación. Lakatos propone una reformulación de este falsacionismo, donde contrasta con la realidad empírica del trabajo de investigación realizado por los científicos, revisando radicalmente los criterios de demarcación ofrecidos por Karl Popper sobre lo que constituye la ciencia. Se concluye que la propuesta del autor es una perspectiva epistemológica que le permite brindar una reconstrucción de la historia de la ciencia y constituir una teoría alternativa de la racionalidad científica.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe objective of this essay is to explain the nature and importance of Lakatos' effort regarding scientific research programs, through a bibliographic review on his critique and reformulation of Popper's falsificationism, who had postulated two fundamental conditions for a theory to be considered as scientific: the first, should be falsifiable, and the second, condition should be not falsified, therefore the contrast of a scientific theory would result in two scientific meanings; one could be corroborated, and the other had to undergo its own falsification. Lakatos proposes a reformulation of this falsificationism, where it contrasts with the empirical reality of the research work carried out by scientists, radically revising the demarcation criteria offered by Karl Popper on what constitutes science. It is concluded that the author's proposal is an epistemological perspective that allows him to provide a reconstruction of the history of science and constitute an alternative theory of scientific rationality.en-US
