dc.description Ante la crisis de las instituciones salubres  gerenciadas hacia el servicio, para brindar un modo productivo sustentable, emerge como alternativa la gerencia circular frente a la necesidad de concebir una gestión basada en ésta. Este artículo tiene como objetivo resignificar el manejo en las organizaciones de salud larenses desde la gerencia circular en pandemia. Metodológicamente está enmarcado bajo el enfoque integrador transcomplejo, con ontología incierta, epistemológicamente asentada en un conocimiento complejo y transdiciplinario, aproximativo entre explicación, comprensión y transformación; contrastando las percepciones de tres gerentes hospitalarios con datos cuantitativos de referentes relacionados, articulados con una complementariedad transparadigmática, significativa para resignificar el fenómeno gerencial sanitario con reflexividad crítica frente al recrudecimiento de una crisis sanitaria preexistente durante la pandemia COVID19 y sus propuestas resolutivas. Entre los principales resultados y hallazgos se encuentran una economía mundial y nacional en declive que condiciona una crisis asistencial local precedente, agravada por la pandemia y percibida por los gerentes salubres como una amenaza ecológica y financiera a la prestación de servicio, para lo que proponen los principios de gerencia circular más expeditos como la biomímesis y alianzas interinstitucionales como opciones resolutivas inmediatas. Se concluye recalcando la posibilidad de aplicar estos postulados bajo ciertas condiciones.es-ES
dc.descriptionFaced with the crisis of sanitary institutions managed towards service, to provide a sustainable productive mode, circular management emerges as an alternative to the need to conceive a management based on it. This article aims to redefine the management in larenses health organizations from the circular management in pandemic. Methodologically it is framed under the integrative transcomplex approach, with uncertain ontology, epistemologically based on a complex and transdisciplinary knowledge, approximate between explanation, understanding and transformation; contrasting the perceptions of three hospital managers with quantitative data from related references, articulated with a transparadigmatic complementarity, significant to redefine the health management phenomenon with critical reflexivity in the face of the resurgence of a pre-existing health crisis during the COVID19 pandemic and its resolution proposals. Among the main results and findings are a declining world and national economy that conditions a preceding local care crisis, aggravated by the pandemic and perceived by health managers as an ecological and financial threat to service provision, for which the faster circular management principles such as biomimicry and inter-institutional alliances as immediate resolution options. It concludes by emphasizing the possibility of applying these postulates under certain conditions.en-US
