dc.descriptionThis essay deals with the transcomplexity of megatrends towards a culture of peace in times of pandemic. The need for adaptation of the human being to the turns, loops, uncertainty of the environment and its fickleness in the face of unexpected and irrepressible variations called megatrends arises. This is based on the documentary analysis of the position of different authors regarding the theoretical debate of the studied phenomenon, its relationship with management and the requirement of a culture of peace for the survival and generational projection of the human being; trying to instigate the concepts involved from history to the present, to establish their relationship with management, which allowed generating unfinished and perfectible reflections about the fact that reality is not only complex, but transcomplex: leaving in evidence that the megatrends that were erected Less than five years ago, categorical imperatives have been postponed, giving way to a new world order product of the COVID-19 pandemic, which threatens human life and requires a view from a new ontology and axiology to generate epistemes, which are carried to praxis based on a culture of peace, guarantee its existence.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente ensayo, versa sobre la transcomplejidad de las megatendencias hacia una cultura de paz en tiempos de pandemia. Se plantea, la necesidad de adaptación del ser humano a los giros, bucles, incertidumbre del entorno y su volubilidad ante las variaciones inesperadas e incontenibles denominadas megatendencias. Éste se sustenta sobre la base del análisis documental de la postura de diferentes autores frente al debate teórico del fenómeno estudiado, su relación con la gerencia y el requerimiento de una cultura de paz para la supervivencia y proyección generacional del ser humano; tratando de instigar los conceptos involucrados desde la historia hasta el presente, para establecer su relación con la gerencia, que permitió generar reflexiones inacabadas y perfectibles acerca de que la realidad no solo es compleja, sino transcompleja: dejando en evidencia que las megatendencias que se erigieron hace menos de un lustro como imperativos categóricos han sido dezplazadas, dando paso a un nuevo orden mundial producto de la pandemia del COVID-19, que amenaza a la vida humana y requiere una mirada desde una nueva ontología y axiología para generar epistemes, que llevadas a la praxis con base a una cultura de paz, le garanticen su existencia.es-ES
