dc.descriptionUniversities as propellants of knowledge, from the teleological point of view must be axes of transformation and development. A transcomplex world demands a new model of university management to debate the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the breakdown of old schemes, from an integrative action, apply new tools such as neuromanegement to stimulate neural connections related to managerial praxis, including working memory, executive functions, the attention process, decision-making, etc. according to scientific studies from neuroscience, psychology and other sciences. In this way, in a transcomplex, transdisciplinary and integrative way, according to the emergency principle, it opens up to new realities, being light in a dialogical way the complexities of human and managerial life. This research aims to generate a corpus of theoretical reflections, from the transcomplex perspective, about neuromanegement, as a tool for the transformation of the university management process. It is the product of documentary Hermeneusis framed in the qualitative approach, with the support of the transcomplex episteme, with an analytical-descriptive level. The novelty is evidenced by its reflexivity, transdisciplinary relationship and contribution to managerial praxis that start from the knowing and integral being.en-US
dc.descriptionLas universidades como entes propulsores de conocimiento, desde el punto de vista teleológico deben ser ejes de transformación y desarrollo. Un mundo transcomplejo demanda un nuevo modelo de gerencia universitaria para debatir los  desafíos de la pandemia Covid-19, con el rompimiento de viejos esquemas, desde una acción integradora, aplicar nuevas herramientas como el neuromanegement  para  estimular las conexiones neuronales relacionadas con la praxis gerencial, entre ellos la memoria de trabajo, las funciones ejecutivas, el proceso atencional, la toma de decisiones, de acuerdo a los estudios científicos de la neurociencia, la psicología y otras ciencias. De este modo, de manera transcompleja, transdisciplinaria e integradora, de acuerdo al principio de emergencia, se abre a nuevas realidades, siendo luz de manera dialógica las complejidades de la vida humana y gerencial. Este artículo tiene como intencionalidad generar un compendio de reflexiones teóricas, acerca del neuromanegement, como herramienta para la transformación del proceso gerencial universitario. Es producto de la hermenéusis documental enmarcada en el enfoque cualitativo, con el apoyo del episteme transcomplejo, con un nivel analítico-descriptivo. Se evidencia la novedad por su reflexividad, relación transdisciplinaria y aporte a la praxis gerencial que parten del ser cognoscente e integral.es-ES
