dc.descriptionThe purpose of the essay was to present the conceptual contextualization of the Sustainable Human Development and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) paradigm, based on the review of scientific articles and bibliographic material to develop an approach from an interpretative paradigmatic position with a hermeneutical approach. The study was inserted in the Organizational and Managerial Management research line of the Yacambú University. It was concluded that NGOs are conceived from a management philosophy with commitment towards workers, the community, users and society in general, which is in tune with the economic, social and environmental dimensions of Sustainable Human Development and the Objectives of the Sustainable Development (SDG) of the United Nations. In this sense, it constitutes a contribution to the management field, given its increasing complexity and that, as we believe, there is a need to adopt an innovative approach in the management of organizations from an approach with a transcomplex approach.en-US
dc.descriptionEl ensayo tuvo como propósito presentar la contextualización conceptual del paradigma del Desarrollo Humano Sustentable y de las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG), a partir de la revisión de artículos científicos y material bibliográfico para desarrollar un acercamiento desde una postura paradigmática interpretativa con un abordaje hermenéutico. El estudio se insertó en la línea de investigación Desarrollo Gerencial y Organizacional de la Universidad Yacambú. Se concluyó que las ONG son concebidas desde una filosofía de gestión con compromiso hacia los trabajadores, la comunidad, los usuarios y la sociedad en general, lo cual está a tono con las dimensiones económica, social y ambiental del Desarrollo Humano Sustentable y los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas. En este sentido, constituye un aporte al campo gerencial, dada su creciente complejidad y que, como creemos, hay una necesidad de adoptar un enfoque innovador en la conducción de organizaciones a partir de un abordaje con un enfoque transcomplejo asdfasdf.es-ES
