Representaciones sociales del liderazgo estudiantil desde la visión de los estudiantes de pregrado de la UPEL-IPB

Abstract

Este estudio se adscribió al paradigma interpretativo, orientado desde la perspectiva fenomenológica apoyada en la hermenéutica, cuya intencionalidad fue generar una aproximación teórica acerca de las representaciones sociales del liderazgo desde la visión del estudiante de pregrado de la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador, Instituto Pedagógico de Barquisimeto UPEL-IPB. La técnica de acopio de la información fue la entrevista a profundidad, aplicada a doce estudiantes del 8º semestre de la mencionada universidad. Del procedimiento artesanal alcanzado emergieron los hallazgos, entre los cuales se develó que las características del estudiantado ante el liderazgo muestran signos de apatía y falta de motivación. Los macroconceptos construidos fueron: la universidad debe formar sus propios líderes positivos, el liderazgo transformativo devela el potencial de cada estudiante, también es necesario rescatar la imagen del líder estudiantil. Las reflexiones se interpretaron desde la esencia y cosmovisión de la UPEL-IPB en el liderazgo estudiantil

This study was attached to the interpretative paradigm, oriented from a phenomenological perspective supported by hermeneutics, whose intentionality was to generate a theoretical approach to the social representations of leadership from the view of the undergraduate student at the Universidad Pedagogical Experimental Libertador, The Pedagogical Institute of Barquisimeto UPEL-IPB. The information-gathering technique was the in-depth interview, applied to twelve students from the 8th semester of the aforementioned university. From the artisanal procedure reached emerged the findings, among which it was devoured that the characteristics of the student in the face of leadership show signs of apathy and lack of motivation. The macroconcepts built were: the university must form its own positive leaders; the transformative leadership reveals the potential of each student, it is also necessary to rescue the image of the student leader.
