La formación en valores en el subsistema de educación primaria

Abstract

La formación en valores constituye un proceso fundamental en el subsistema de Educación Primaria al fortalecer el pleno desarrollo de la personalidad del ser humano. Así se genera una reflexión sobre el individuo que se aspira formar y la educación requerida para impulsar un comportamiento consciente y responsable pertinente con los valores que regulan su actuación en concordancia con los fines educacionales. Con base en ello, el presente estudio de naturaleza documental, tiene como propósito profundizar saberes acerca del proceso implícito en la formación de valores con significación social dentro de las acciones pedagógicas del contexto educativo. Para ello, se aborda la argumentación teórica con apoyo en fuentes que permitieron asumir posturas críticas del objeto de estudio. Se concluye que es importante fortalecer la formación en valores como herramienta para promover el desarrollo integral del educando al potenciar un ser más humano cónsonas con los requerimientos de la sociedad.

The formation of values constitutes a fundamental process in the subsystem of primary education by strengthening the full development of the personality of the human being. This generates a reflectionon the individual who aspires to form and the education required to promote a conscious and responsible behavior pertinent to the values that regulate their performance in accordance with educational purposes. Based on this, the present study of a documentary nature has the purpose of deepening knowledge about the implicit process in the formation of values with social significance within the pedagogical actions of the educational context. To this end, the theoretical argument is addressed with support in sources that allowed to assume critical postures of the object of study. It is concluded that it is important to strengthen the formation of values as a tool to promote the integral development of the education by empowering a more human being consonant with the requirements of society.
