dc.descriptionSe estimaba que la Agenda 2030 regiría programas de desarrollo mundial en próximos 10 años, pero en el nuevo contexto global y regional que nos sorprendió en el pasado mes de marzo del año 2020 con la aparición del COVID-19, obliga a su revisión, más, cuando atravesamos de forma acelerada un cambio de paradigma, la peor crisis económica y social en décadas, efectos dañinos sobre el crecimiento, incremento de la pobreza, desempleo, insuficiencia de los sistemas sanitarios, atraso en legislación, pasividad gubernamental, crisis global del sistema democrático y un modelo económico que no es el más adecuado para la vida humana. En el mediano plazo, esta crisis provocará cambios estructurales en la organización de la producción, en el mercado de trabajo y en los sistemas financieros. En este contexto, las acciones gubernamentales contundentes son más esenciales que nunca, para mantener encaminada la implementación de la Agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible, y especialmente para reconstruir sociedades más resilientes e inclusivas en la fase pospandémica.es-ES
dc.descriptionIt was estimated that the 2030 Agenda would govern world development programs in the next 10 years, but in the new global and regional context that surprised us in last March of the year 2020 with the appearance of COVID-19 pandemia. It requires its review, even more, when we go through an accelerated change of paradigm, the worst economic and social crisis in decades, damaging effects on growth, increase in poverty, unemployment, inadequate health systems, backwardness in legislation, government passivity, global crisis of the democratic system and a economic model that is not the most suitable for human life. In the medium term, this crisis will provoke structural changes in the organization of production, in the labor market and in the financial systems. In this context, strong government actions are more essential than ever to keep the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, and especially to rebuild more resilient and inclusive societies in the phase post-pandemic.en-US
