dc.descriptionLa idea de una sociedad diseñada donde reine la justicia en las distintas relaciones políticas, económicas y jurídicas, habita al hombre desde que tuvo conciencia de su vida humana, es decir, de su vida en común y en pleno reconocimiento del otro como semejante. Esta idea ha impulsado el pensamiento utópico, contrastado con el distópico en un eterno balance y tensión. Dentro de esta corriente del pensamiento humano aparece Utopía de Tomás Moro, en pleno renacimiento, ese cambio de era protagonizado por la civilización occidental, que ha generado más de 500 años de constante progreso humano. Utopía significó una síntesis de los anhelos de perfección humana que venía desde los antiguos griegos y que se proyectó hacia el porvenir, cuyas resonancias se manifiestan en las distintas corrientes del pensamiento político, social y jurídica que marcaron los últimos 2 00 años. En este trabajo se estudia la estructura política y jurídica de Utopía, su diseño y sus luces para comprender el pensamiento que se construye en los umbrales de otro cambio de era: el mundo digital.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe idea of a designed society where justice reigns in the different political, economic and legal relationships, inhabits man since he became aware of his human life, that is, of his life in common and in full recognition of the other as similar. This idea has driven utopian thinking, contrasted with dystopian in an eternal balance and tension. Within this current of human thought appears Tomás Moro's Utopia, in full rebirth, that change of era led by Western civilization, which has generated more than 500 years of constant human progress. Utopia meant a synthesis of the longings for human perfection that came from the ancient Greeks and that was projected into the future, whose resonances are manifested in the different currents of political, social and legal thought that marked the last 200 years. This work studies the political and legal structure of Utopia, its design and its lights to understand the thought that is built on the threshold of another change of era: the digital world.en-US
