dc.descriptionCultural management that should prevail in postmodern organizations, is subject to a management according to this epochal change that combine resources, means, strategies, ensuring achievement of relevant policies and cultural projects towards the consolidation of an inclusive social development. From this perspective, the purpose of this paper is to set up a new vision of cultural management in times of change. In epistemology, is based on social constructionism, according Ibanez (2007), knowledge is a construction generated by the activity of the subject and the reality of the researcher. dc.descriptionLa gestión cultural que debe prevalecer en las organizaciones Transmodernas, está supeditada a una gerencia acorde a este cambio epocal que combine recursos, medios, estrategias, garantizando el logro pertinente de las políticas y proyectos culturales hacia la consolidación de un desarrollo social incluyente. Desde esta perspectiva, el propósito de este trabajo es configurar una nueva visión de la gestión cultural en la Época Transmoderna. En lo epistemológico, se fundamenta en el construccionismo social, según (Ibáñez 2001, p 33), el saber es una construcción generada por la actividad del sujeto y la realidad del investigador. La ontología es intersubjetiva bajos los preceptos de (Córdova 2009, p 22) quien señala que toda la carga anímica, volitiva, afectiva, cognitiva del sujeto en franca y compleja interacción social con los otros actores. Así mismo y la metodología cualitativa. Circunscripto al método fenomenológico-hermenéutico. De esta forma, la técnica de recolección de información es la entrevista en profundidad, la cual se aplicó a los actores sociales que ocupan cargos gerenciales dentro del contexto estudiado. Finalmente, la teoría emergente contribuye al desarrollo del Ser de una manera integral, soportándose en las categorías emergentes las cuales son: Empoderamiento gerencial, Nuevo pensamiento Gerencial y Transformación Gerencial.es-ES
