| dc.description | A modo de preludio Esta aventura la asumo como investigadora como un reto epistemológico para reflexionar sobre la relación de la justicia humanista y la gerencia pública y redelinear está bajo un miramiento transdisciplinario, con el propósito desde mi subjetividad, irrumpir las ideas preconcebidas de las ciencias gerenciales y ser capaz desde otra visión, comprenderla desde los transparadigmático. Sin duda alguna un desafío para la autora, pues conlleva dejar a un lado creencias y la comodidad de lo escrito y seguramente para el lector será ver otra postura. | dc.description | As a prelude I assume this adventure as a researcher as an epistemological challenge to reflect on the relationship between humanist justice and public management and redefine it under a transdisciplinary approach, with the purpose of my subjectivity to break the preconceived ideas of management sciences and be able from another vision, understand it from the transparadigmatic. Undoubtedly a challenge for the author since it leads to putting aside beliefs and the comfort of what is written, and surely for the reader, it will be to see another position.
