La comunicación radial y la participación de los públicos en la sociedad cubana actual

Abstract

El desarrollo de la dimensión educativa de la radio tiene hoy inevitables retos, mucho más ante la transculturación neo-liberal que impacta también sobre la sociedad en general. Por tanto, para hacer frente a semejante situación en este artículo se reflexiona sobre la función educativa de la comunicación radial así como se fundamenta la necesidad de utilizar nuevos referentes comunicacionales y educativos para poder transformar la situación actual de la participación creativa de todos los protagonistas, tanto de los públicos internos como externos (radialistas y radioyentes). En esencia, el objetivo del presente artículo radica en fundamentar la importancia de la participación creativa de los públicos para contribuir a la función educativa de la programación radial en la sociedad cubana actual.

The development of the educational dimension of the radio has today unavoidable challenges, much more before the neo-liberal transculturation that also impacts on the current Cuban society. Therefore, to make in front of similar situation in this article it is meditated on the educational function of the radial communication as well as the necessity is based of using new relating theoretical and methodological to be able to transform the current situation of the creative participation of all the main characters, so much of internal publics as external (radio workers and listeners). In essence, the objective of the present article resides in arguing the importance of the creative participation of the publics to contribute to the educational function of the radial programming in the society present-day Cuban.
