dc.descriptionThe primary objective of this research was to examine the structural, legal, and administrative organization of the Maracaibo Municipal Government, including its various organs and entities, from a centralized, decentralized, and deconcentrated perspective. This research was classified as mixed, being descriptive, documentary, and exploratory. The population in this study is composed from two perspectives: the object, referring to the bibliographic documents of a doctrinal, legal, and jurisprudential nature linked to the municipal executive power of Maracaibo, and an inquiry into the number of organs and entities that comprise it, as well as municipal public administration from January 2024 to December of the same year. In order to collect the data for this research, the technique of documentary observation was used.  The results of this study showed that the Maracaibo Municipal Government is made up of Directorates, Offices, and Commissions that make up the Centralized Municipal Public Administration. It also has eleven (11) Decentralized Services that make up the Decentralized Municipal Public Administration, as well as (1) administrative body with functional autonomy, such as the child and adolescent protection council. Likewise, it has seven (07) Foundations, seventeen (17) Public or Autonomous Institutes, and  finally two (02) Municipal Companies that make up the Decentralized Public  Administration, legal-administrative figures provided for in the Decree with the rank,  value, and force of the Organic Law of Public Administration (2014), and the Organic  Law of Municipal Public Power (2010). Given that this compilation of municipal bodies and entities is an essential element of analysis for this research, it provides a highly important framework for future investigations if each of these municipal bodies  and entities conforms to the provisions established in the Venezuelan legal system.en
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal examinar la organización estructural jurídica administrativa de la Alcaldía del Municipio Maracaibo, sus diferentes órganos y entes que lo conforman, desde un punto de vista centralizado, desconcentrado y descentralizado. La investigación se tipificó como mixta, siendo esta descriptiva, documental y exploratoria. La población en este estudio se conforma desde dos perspectivas, objeto, referida a los documentos bibliográficos de tipo doctrinal, legal y jurisprudencial vinculados con el poder ejecutivo municipal de Maracaibo e indagar sobre el número de órganos y entes que lo conforman, la administración pública municipal desde enero de 2024 hasta diciembre del mismo año. Con la finalidad de recolectar los datos de la presente investigación, se utilizó la técnica de observación documental. Los resultados de este estudio arrojaron que la Alcaldía del Municipio Maracaibo está conformada por Direcciones, Oficinas y comisiones que conforman la Administración Pública Municipal Centralizada, a su vez, cuenta con once (11) Servicios Desconcentrados que conforman la Administración Pública Municipal Desconcentrada, así como (1) órgano administrativo con autonomía funcional como lo es el Consejo de Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes. Asimismo cuenta con  siete (07) Fundaciones, con diecisiete (17) Institutos Públicos o Autónomos y por  último dos (02) Empresas Municipales que conforman la Administración Pública  Descentralizada, figuras jurídico-administrativas previstas en el Decreto con Rango,  Valor y Fuerza de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública (2014), y la Ley  Orgánica del Poder Público Municipal (2010), siendo esta recopilación de órganos y  entes municipales, elementos esenciales de análisis para esta investigación, marco de  gran importancia para ulteriores investigaciones si cada uno de esos órganos y entes – municipales- se adaptan a las previsiones establecidas en el ordenamiento jurídico  venezolano.  es
