| dc.description | The accelerated incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into judicial systems is confronting an enormous amount of data, from court files and legal documents to telephone records and digital evidence that are submitted daily by the parties and are part of the legal process. Artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually offering tools and techniques to efficiently process and analyze this data, allowing for better information management and more informed decision-making. The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on judicial systems has generated profound transformations in the administration of justice and, in parallel, in legal training models. This article analyzes, from an interpretive-critical perspective, the opportunities and challenges that digital justice poses for procedural efficiency and for the renewal of legal education. Based on a documentary and comparative review of normative and doctrinal sources and institutional experiences, this paper examines how algorithmic systems applied to judicial management promise to optimize time, reduce procedural burdens, and improve access to justice, but also introduce ethical and legal tensions linked to transparency, impartiality, and accountability. In the educational field, AI is driving the reformulation of legal curricula and the need to incorporate digital skills, critical thinking, and technological ethics into university and judicial training. | dc.description | La acelerada incorporación de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en los sistemas judiciales afronta una enorme cantidad de datos, desde expedientes judiciales y documentos legales hasta registros telefónicos y pruebas digitales que diariamente son interpuestas por las partes y forman parte del proceso jurídico. Paulatinamente la Inteligencia artificial (IA) ofrece herramientas y técnicas para procesar y analizar estos datos de manera eficiente, permitiendo una mejor gestión de la información y una toma de decisiones más fundamentada, en los sistemas judiciales ha generado transformaciones profundas en la administración de justicia y, de forma paralela, en los modelos de formación jurídica. Este artículo analiza, desde una perspectiva interpretativo-crítica, las oportunidades y desafíos que la justicia digital plantea para la eficiencia procesal y para la renovación educativa del Derecho. A partir de una revisión documental y comparada de fuentes normativas, doctrinales y experiencias institucionales, se examina cómo los sistemas algorítmicos aplicados a la gestión judicial prometen optimizar tiempos, reducir cargas procesales y mejorar el acceso a la justicia, pero también introducen tensiones éticas y jurídicas vinculadas a la transparencia, la imparcialidad y la rendición de cuentas. En el ámbito educativo, la IA impulsa la reformulación de los currículos jurídicos y la necesidad de incorporar competencias digitales, pensamiento crítico y ética tecnológica en la formación universitaria y judicial. Se concluye que la transformación digital de la justicia no puede comprenderse sin una transformación educativa paralela que prepare a los futuros juristas para interactuar responsablemente con la tecnología, garantizando así un equilibrio entre eficiencia, humanismo y legitimidad institucional. | es |
