dc.descriptionEl trabajo psicoterapéutico de orientación psicoanalítica con un niño del espectro autista tiene varios objetivos clínicos. Uno de estos es el observar el modo de estar y hacer del niño en un encuadre desconocido para él; otro, acompañar al niño en su mundo, encontrar una forma de comunicación, crear vínculos y acompañar a la familia. Este trabajo presenta el tratamientoexploratorio con un niño de 2 años 8 meses, diagnosticado con autismo, por un set de exámenes neurológicos y bioquímicos que arrojaron hipotiroidismo, afección tratada con medicamentos. Recibí a Max en consulta en modo exploratorio, él tomó nota de mí y me asoció por identidad perceptiva consu madre, a quien invité a estar presente en el período exploratorio, al igual que al padre y a la nana. Descubrí que Max se siente recibido corporalmente al “estilo koala” por la nana. Se observaron cambios en el lenguaje y los vínculos construidos. A report of a psychotherapeutic work with a child of the autistic spectrumAbstractThe psychotherapeutic work of psychoanalytic orientation with a child of the autistic spectrum has several clinical aims. One of them is to observe the way of being and doing of the child in an unknown setting for him, the other one is to support the child in his world, to find a way of communication, to create links and to support the family. This work presents the exploratory treatment with a 2 year 8 month old child, diagnosed with autism througha set of neurological and biochemical examinations that revealed he has hypothyroidism, affection treated with medicines. I examined Max in an exploratory way, and through a perceptive identity he noticed me and associated me with his mother, to whom I invited to be present in the exploratory period, as well as his father and his babysitter. I found out that Max feels physically attached in “the koala style” to the babysitter.  Changes in language and in the constructed links were observed.es-ES
