dc.descriptionLa gerencia pública, amerita procesos administrativos que impacten en la optimización de susbuenas prácticas. Este artículo, obedece a un trabajo que se llevó a cabo en el cuerpo de investigaciones penales y criminalística, del estado Bolívar, con la finalidad de facilitar herramientas educativas para afianzar el fortalecimiento ético y moral que dan respuestas a la causa fundamental de los funcionarios púbicos y por ende la institucionalidad.La metodología utilizada fue documental y de campo; para ello, se requirió de la selección de bibliografíasrelacionadas con el tema, de igual forma, se procesaron y analizaron las informacionesobtenidas, para llegar a la discusión de los resultados, conclusiones y determinaciones. La intención favoreció la gestión pública de manera positiva en pro de la excelencia laboral, abiertaa las mejoras continuas; con un enfoque emergente e integrador en la producción de los conocimientos transdisciplinarios y complementarios, con el objetivo de aportar nuevas ideas integradoras, para enriquecer positivamente en el accionar del personal acorde con las exigencias sociales; que además, les permitirían ir sustituyendo los paradigmas tradicionales o simples, que no han dado resultados transcendentales a favor de los seres humanos. AbstractPublic management deserves administrative processes that impact the optimization of its good practices. This article is due to a work that was carried out in the criminal and criminology investigation body of the Bolívar state, with the purpose of providing educational tools to strengthen the ethical and moral strengthening that provide answers to the fundamental cause of public officials and therefore the institutionality. The methodology used was documentary and field; For this, the selection of bibliographies related to the topic was required, in the same way, the information obtained was processed and analyzed, to reach the discussion of the results, conclusions and determinations. The intention favored public management in a positive way in favor of labor excellence, open to continuous improvements; with an emerging and integrative approach in the production of transdisciplinary and complementary knowledge, with the aim of providing new integrative ideas, to positively enrich the actions of personnel in accordance with social demands; which would also allow them to replace traditional or simple paradigms, which have not borne transcendental results in favor of human beings.Keywords: Optimization, Education, Transdisciplinarity.es-ES
