dc.descriptionEl emprendimiento empresarial, como producto formativo y como proceso, combina una serie de elementos históricos y filosóficos, sociales, económicos y éticos, que trascienden lo que en el imaginario público es la figura más visible y socialmente excluyente del magnate. Precisamente, desde una perspectiva democrática, en medio de la sociedad del conocimiento y con una visión holística en educación, este estudio propone analizar las perspectivas para la formación en emprendimiento empresarial en el contexto venezolano del presente. Su planteamiento busca suscitar la reflexión en torno a la importancia del emprendimiento desde su influencia en la sociedad y frente a la creciente demanda de habilidades emprendedoras en el mercado laboral, destacando las competencias provistas desde el conocimiento. Metodológica y racionalmente, la episteme del estudio toma razón del enfoque hermenéutico sobre literatura científica vinculada al tema. El emprendimiento empresarial comporta ciencia, tecnología e innovación, vocación, investigación y excelencia. Fomentar una cultura emprendedora implica transversalidad e interdisciplinariedad desde las perspectivas del emprendimiento, para la educación y a su vez para el trabajo, con la idea global de la formación plurinivel para el emprendimiento con fórmulas diacrónicas y sincrónicas, relacionadas con diferentes áreas del saber hacer. AbstractBusiness entrepreneurship, as a training product and as a process, combines a series of historical and philosophical, social, economic, and ethical elements that go beyond the most visible and socially exclusive figure of the tycoon in the public imagination. Indeed, from a democratic perspective, amid the knowledge society and with a holistic vision in education, this study proposes to analyze the perspectives for training in business entrepreneurship in the current Venezuelan context. Its approach seeks to provoke reflection on the importance of entrepreneurship from its influence on society and in the face of the growing demand for entrepreneurial skills in the labor market, highlighting the competencies provided by knowledge. Methodologically and rationally, the episteme of the study takes into account the hermeneutic approach to the scientific literature related to the subject. Entrepreneurship involves science, technology, innovation, vocation, research, and excellence. The promotion of an entrepreneurial culture implies transversality and interdisciplinarity from the perspective of entrepreneurship, for education and in turn for work, with the global idea of multilevel training for entrepreneurship with diachronic and synchronic formulas, related to different areas of know-how.Key words: Business entrepreneurship; Curriculum reform; Multilevel education; University education.es-ES
