Se propone un abordaje transdisciplinario que articula la praxeología, la psicología y la intuición empírica para explicar la naturaleza del investigador criminal. Desde la perspectiva fenomenológica de Edmund Husserl, se examina cómo la intuición empírica se constituye en una epojé metodológica que permite captar la esencia del hecho delictivo. Asimismo, bajo la ontología fundamental de Martin Heidegger, se deconstruye al pesquisa no como un mero técnico operativo, sino como un Dasein institucional cuya existencia está intrínsecamente ligada al "ser-en-el-mundo" del delito y el misterio. El estudio concluye que la pesquisa innata es una manifestación ontológico-praxeológica donde la experiencia acumulada y la estructura cognitiva se funden, transformando la intuición en un método científico-intuitivo de alta eficacia para la administración de justicia. Palabras clave: Pesquisa Innata, Praxeología, Fenomenología, Ontología, CICPC, Intuición Empírica Abstract This scientific article analyzes the phenomenon of "innate investigation" within the context of the Scientific, Criminal, and Forensic Investigation Corps (CICPC). It proposes a transdisciplinary approach that articulates praxeology, psychology, and empirical intuition to explain the nature of the criminal investigator. From Edmund Husserl's phenomenological perspective, it examines how empirical intuition constitutes a methodological epoché that allows for grasping the essence of the criminal act. Likewise, under Martin Heidegger's fundamental ontology, the investigator is deconstructed not as a mere operational technician, but as an institutional Dasein whose existence is intrinsically linked to the "being-in-the-world" of crime and mystery. The study concludes that innate inquiry is an ontological-praxeological manifestation where accumulated experience and cognitive structure merge, transforming intuition into a highly effective scientific-intuitive method for the administration of justice. L’ENQUÊTE INNÉE : ÉPISTÉMOLOGIE PHÉNOMÉNOLOGIQUE ET ONTOLOGIQUE DE L’ENQUÊTE CRIMINELLE Résumé Cet article scientifique analyse le phénomène de l’« enquête innée » dans le contexte du Corps scientifique, criminel et médico-légal d’enquête (CICPE). Il propose une approche transdisciplinaire qui articule praxéologie, psychologie et intuition empirique pour expliquer la nature de l’enquêteur criminel. Dans une perspective phénoménologique, à partir de la pensée d’Edmund Husserl, il examine comment l’intuition empirique constitue un épochè méthodologique permettant de saisir l’essence de l’acte criminel. De même, selon l’ontologie fondamentale de Martin Heidegger, l’enquêteur est déconstruit non comme un simple technicien opérationnel, mais comme un Dasein institutionnel dont l’existence est intrinsèquement liée à l’« être-au-monde » du crime et du mystère.
