dc.descriptionAlthough Aristotle and Leibniz have some points in common -They were not only philosophers but also scientific researchers, and they proposed wide metaphysical systems the research concerned with the points in common between these two thinkers is not the goal of this article. The concern of the article is focused on a more limited topic: the notion of entelechy. To give some coherence to the exposition of the research the author follows a chronological order. First, he exposes the notion of entelechy in Aristotle, and later works, more detailed, with the same notion in Leibniz. The differences o similarities between the two conceptions of the word are also worked at the same time that the author exposes the development of the Leibnizian conception.en-US
dc.descriptionAunque Aristóteles y Leibniz tiene algunos puntos en común - no se limitaron a la filosofía y fueron investigadores científicos que adicionalmente propusieron grande sistemas metafísicos- la investigación sobre los puntos que estos dos pensadores pueden tener en común no es el objeto de este trabajo. El interés del artículo se centrará en un tema mucho más delimitado: la noción de entelequa. Para darle cierta coherencia a la exposición de la investigación, el autor sigue un orden cronológico: primero expone la noción de entelequia según Aristóteles y luego trabaja, con mayor detalle, la misma noción e Leibniz. Las diferencias o semejanzas que puedan haber entre ambas concepciones de la palabra, son además trabajadas conjuntamente con el desarrollo de la conepción leibniziana.  es-ES
