EVALUACIÓN DEL NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DE LA GESTIÓN SOCIAL DEL CONOCIMIENTO (GSC) DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUIL

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la percepción subjetiva de satisfacción que tienen los beneficiarios sobre los programas y proyectos que genera la GSC de la universidad de Guayaquil. La población estuvo conformada por 765 miembros y la muestra fue de 256. La metodología se fundó en un estudio documental, descriptivo, de enfoque mixto, anclado en el paradigma socio-critico, la evaluación se realizó en dos instituciones con proyectos terminados, se utilizó un modelo estandarizado y adaptado al contexto de investigación, se entrevistó a directivos de las instituciones educativas y miembros de las comunidades; se encuestó a padres de familia y docentes. Los resultados señalan que los miembros de las comunidades están muy satisfechos con las intervenciones que realiza la GSC y consideran que estos mejoran la calidad de vida de los niños al desarrollar sus capacidades y que la universidad genera la vinculación por elevar la opinión de la sociedad sobre la gestión de la institución superior, terminan recalcando el compromiso moral y ético de la academia como parte de su responsabilidad social; los directivos, señalan falta de organización de los proyectos a través de la GSC y no existe compromiso de las autoridades universitarias al desarrollo de los mismos; los docentes y padres de familia en el criterio de conocimiento y utilidad subjetiva de las intervenciones en un 73% y 72% respectivamente contestan muy satisfactorio, en el criterio satisfacción y beneficios el 87% de docentes y padres de familia responde muy satisfactorio. Se concluye que existe un nivel de percepción muy positiva de la GSC de parte de los beneficiarios, esto permite la reconceptualización de la GSC y el trasvase de los saberes de las aulas a la sociedad

The objective of the study was to determine the subjective perception of satisfaction that beneficiaries have about the programs and projects generated by the GSC of the University of Guayaquil. The population consisted of 765 members and the sample was 256. The methodology was based on a documentary, descriptive, mixed-focus study, anchored in the socio-critical paradigm, the evaluation was carried out in two institutions with completed projects, a standardized model adapted to the research context, interviewed executives of educational institutions and members of the communities; It was surveyed parents and teachers. The results indicate that the members of the communities are very satisfied with the interventions carried out by the GSC and consider that these improve the quality of life of the children when developing their capacities and that the university generates the link for raising the opinion of the society on the management of the superior institution, end up emphasizing the moral and ethical commitment of the academy as part of its social responsibility; the managers, indicate lack of organization of the projects through the GSC and there is no commitment of the university authorities to the development of the same; the teachers and parents in the criterion of knowledge and subjective usefulness of the interventions in 73% and 72% respectively answer very satisfactory, in the criteria of satisfaction and benefits, 87% of teachers and parents respond very satisfactory. It is concluded that there is a very positive level of perception of the GSC on the part of the beneficiaries, this allows the reconceptualization of the GSC and the transfer of the knowledge of the classrooms to society.
