dc.descriptionResumen:Se estudia la óptica del período 1936-1948 presente en los escritores Ramón David León, Tulio Chiossone, Julio Diez y Numa Quevedo. Se estudia la gestión económica, social, política y educativa de los regímenes de Eleazar López Contreras, Isaías Medina Angarita, Rómulo Betancourt y Rómulo Gallegos.La gran meta histórica y política de los venezolanos a partir de la emancipación, ha sido la edificación de una República Liberal y Democrática y la vigencia del Estado de Derecho. Reconstruir esos desvelos, entender sus alcances y límites históricos, nos permitirá comprender las dificultades para la actual vigencia de un Estado Social de Derecho y la existencia de un marco jurídico e institucional que vaya más allá de la voluntad personal de un individuo. Entre los objetivos del trabajo investigativo están: 1) Comprender el proceso histórico de construcción de la democracia en Venezuela al analizar sus orígenes a raíz de la muerte del General Juan Vicente Gómez, 2) Entender el proceso de democratización de la sociedad venezolana con sentido de totalidad, continuidad y de proceso.La investigación es bibliográfica-documental. Se consultó la producción directa de los autores mencionados y la que se ha publicado sobre ellos. Y la bibliografía secundaria para reconstruir el contexto histórico de esos años.Palabras Claves: Ramón David León, Tulio Chiossone, Julio Diez, Numa Quevedo, Democracia, Transición.Abstract:The optics of the period 1936-1948 present in the writers Ramón David León, Tulio Chiossone, Julio Diez and Numa Quevedo are studied. The economic, social, political and educational management of the regimes of Eleazar López Contreras, Isaías Medina Angarita, Rómulo Betancourt and Rómulo Gallegos are studied.The great historical and political goal of Venezuelans since emancipation has been the building of a Liberal and Democrat Republic and the rule of law. Rebuilding these awakenings, understanding their historical scope and limits, will allow us to understand the difficulties for the current validity of a Social State of Law and the existence of a legal and institutional framework that goes beyond the personal will of an individual. Among the objectives of the investigative work are: 1) To understand the historical process of building democracy in Venezuela by analyzing its origins following the death of General Juan Vicente Gómez, 2) Understand the process of democratization of Venezuelan society with a sense of Totality, continuity and process.The research is bibliographical-documentary. Direct production of the mentioned authors and the one published about them were consulted.
