Para ilustrar esta relación durante la dictadura de Juan Vicente Gómez hasta los actuales tiempos, la crónica del mayor Santiago Ochoa Briceño y su hijo el general Fernando Ochoa Antich, es un ejemplo para analizar las relaciones civiles y militares venezolanas.Palabras clave: Venezuela Siglo XX, Historia militar, crónicas.Abstract:                                              In contemporary Venezuela, politics and the military have been a constant historical pair. In order to illustrate this relationship during the dictatorship of Juan Vicente Gómez and up to actual times, the history of Major Santiago Ochoa Briceño and his son, General Fernando Ochoa Antich, is an example used to analyze civil and military relations in Venezuela.Keywords: 20th century Venezuela, military history, chronicles. es-ES
