dc.descriptionResumen:En este artículo, se detallan los ámbitos de colaboración ecuménica e interreligiosa en Venezuela desde 1992 hasta el presente: se exponen los motivos, que motivaron la constitución del Consejo de Iglesias Históricas de Caracas, en 2001, precisándose su identidad y su estructuración en tres familias confesionales; y se hace un recuento de la colaboración ecuménica en la difusión de la Biblia; en la realización de simposios y otros eventos de índole académica en institutos de enseñanza superior; en el campo del desarrollo, de las necesidades humanas y de la protección de la creación; en el campo de la medicina y, sobre todo, en el ámbito del ecumenismo espiritual.Palabras clave: Ecumenismo, Diálogo Interreligioso, Semana de Oración por la Unidad de los Cristianos, Consejo de Iglesias Históricas de Caracas.Abstract:In this article, the areas of ecumenical and interreligious collaboration in Venezuela from 1992 to the present are detailed: the reasons are exposed, which motivated the constitution of the Council of Historical Churches of Caracas, in 2001, specifying its identity and its structuring in three families confessional and an account is given of the ecumenical collaboration in the dissemination of the Bible; in the realization of symposia and other events of an academic nature in institutes of higher education; in the field of development, human needs and the protection of creation; in the field of medicine and, above all, in the field of spiritual ecumenism.Keywords: Ecumenism, Interreligious Dialogue, Week of Prayer for the Unity of Christians, Council of Historical Churches of Caracas.es-ES
