dc.descriptionEste artículo tiene por objeto evidenciar cómo, a pesar de lo expuesto en el texto de la Constitución de 1999, durante sus veinte años de vigencia se ha producido un falseamiento del Estado de derecho, en particular, por lo que se refiere a los principios de la soberanía popular y de la democracia representativa, que han sido desdibujados en la práctica política, habiendo sido convertidos en una gran mentira y en parte de una larga lista de promesas incumplidas.
