| dc.description | En este artículo, se exploran las características de dos conceptos propuestos por autores contemporáneos, que intentan explicar las características definitorias de la sociedad actual: por una parte, la metáfora de la sociedad líquida, planteada por Zigmunt Bauman, la cual resalta la naturaleza fluida, incierta, flexible y cambiante de la misma. Por otro lado, la hipermodernidad, de Marc Augé, quien analiza la coyuntura histórica actual desde el punto de vista de un exceso de lo moderno, reflejado en tres síntomas: tiempo, espacio e individualidad. Ambas propuestas impactan diversos aspectos de la vida social, por lo cual, en este ensayo, se abordan y analizan algunos posibles efectos que ejercen dichos cambios sociales en los requerimientos, desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta la educación en la actualidad.Recepción: 27/09/2024 - Aprobación: 11/11/2024 | es-ES |
| dc.description | In this article, the characteristics of two concepts proposed by contemporary authors are explored, which attempt to explain the defining characteristics of today’s society: on the one hand, the metaphor of liquid society, proposed by Zigmunt Bauman, which highlights the fluid, uncertain, flexible and changing nature of society. On the other hand, hypermodernity, by Marc Augé, who analyzes the current historical situation from the point of view of an excess of the modern, reflected in three symptoms: time, space and individuality. Both proposals impact various aspects of social life, which is why, in this essay, some possible effects that these social changes have on the requirements, challenges and opportunities that education faces today are addressed and analyzed.Received: 27/09/2024 - Approved: 11/11/2024 | en-US |
