dc.descriptionLa presente lección se elaboró para el Seminario Educación y Pedagogía del Doctorado en Educación de la Universidad de Los Andes y su propósitoestuvo destinado a explorar los orígenes del ser humano, sus relaciones primarias con los brotes sociales arcaicos y con el medio natural que le cobija y ofrece su alimento. El seminario connota el significado de la naturaleza objetivada como cuna de su nacimiento, ámbito natural de su existencia finita y espacio de forja de la cultura donde aprendió a valorar el sentido de la vida y su capacidad para transformarla y ser transformado; y finalmente, como el lugar del sepulcro que cierra el ciclo vital de existencia material. Este lugar del universo, único y, por tanto, irrepetible, será siempre el nicho de lahumanidad. Esta motivación ontoepistémica es el punto de referencia espacial y temporal para sostener que, en algún lugar y momento de la historia del planeta, se fue gestando un largo y lento andar evolutivo que hizo que la hominización y la educación se convirtiera en un andamiaje estructural indivisible. dc.descriptionThis lesson was prepared for the Seminar on Education and Pedagogy of the Doctorate in Education of the Universidad de Los Andes and its purpose was to explore the origins of human beings, their primary relationships with archaic social outbreaks and with the natural environment that shelters them and offers them nourishment. The seminar connotes the meaning of nature objectified as the cradle of his birth, the natural environment of his finite existence and the space where he learned to value the meaning of life and his capacity to transform it and be transformed; and finally, as the burial place that closes the vital cycle of material existence. This place in the universe, unique and therefore unrepeatable, will always be the niche of humanity. This ontoepistemic motivation is the spatial and temporal point of reference to sustain that, in some place and moment in the historyof the planet, a long and slow evolutionary gait was gestated that made hominization and education become an indivisible structural scaffolding.Education is as old as the history of man.en-US
