dc.descriptionThis article aims to analyze Pedagogical management strategy: fundamental basis for optimizing School Coexistence; Was based on the positivist philosophy established under the positivist philosophy, developed as an explanatory research,with a non-experimental, transectional field design. The population was represented by 7 Directors and 28 Teachers. For the information collection, a closed question instrument was applied with simple selection, consisting of thirtysix(36) items versioned. It is concluded that managers and teachers should develop activities such as directed knowledge aggories, coexistence laboratories and experiences, didactic classrooms and coexistence management indicators. Itis urged to implement the design made on pedagogical strategies as tools to improve school coexistence in educational institutions.en-US
dc.descriptionEste articulo tiene como objetivo analizar las estrategia de gestión Pedagógica: base fundamental para optimizar la Convivencia Escolar; se asentó bajo la filosofía positivista asentado bajo la filosofía positivista, se desarrolló como una investigación de tipo explicativa, con un diseño no experimental, transeccional de campo. La población estuvo representada por 7 Directivos y 28 Docentes. Para la recolección de información, se aplicó un instrumento de preguntas cerradas con selección simple, constituida por treinta y seis (36) ítems versionado. Se concluye que los directivos y docentes deben desarrollar actividades tales como ágoras de conocimiento dirigido, laboratorios de convivencia y experiencias, aulas didácticas e indicadores de gestión de convivencia. Se exhorta a implementar el diseño realizado sobre estrategias pedagógicas como herramientas para mejorar la convivencia escolar en instituciones de educación.es-ES
