dc.descriptionThis article aims to analyze the Colombian education based on the holistic model of pedagogical management ZC as a way of pedagogical development of the future. This article is based on a qualitative approach, based on document analysis. It is also based on the type of descriptive analytical research, since the purpose is to describe situations and facts, as presented in the reality prevailing at the time of the inquiry. Likewise, it has a non-transectional experience, since the variables are not manipulated in addition to being done in a single moment. Based on the above, it will be carried out in a simple table showing specific characteristics of the following documents for Holistic Model of pedagogical management: Gluyas, Esparza, Romero and Rubio Barrios (2015), Calixto and Álvarez (2012), Tables (2016). We conclude the integration of the model based on the premise that we are not educating the new generations of young people in the whole of their being, in all its dimensions considering the potential for their development. Likewise, educational management must establish the conditions and processes necessary to foster the knowledge management culture within the institution, generating new projects linking the community to the institutional work.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo tiene como propósito analizar la educación colombiana basada en el modelo holístico de gestión pedagógica ZC como forma de desarrollo pedagógico del futuro. Se basa en un enfoque de corte cualitativo, basado en análisis de documentos. Igualmente se basa en el tipo de investigación analítico descriptivo, ya que el propósito es describir situaciones y hechos, tal como se presentan en la realidad prevaleciente en el momento de realizarse la indagación. Asimismo, cuenta con un diseño no experimenta transeccional, ya que no se manipulan las variables además que se realiza en un único momento. Basado en lo anterior, se realizará en un cuadro sencillo donde se muestran características específicas de los siguientes documentos para Modelo Holístico de gestión pedagógica: Gluyas, Esparza, Romero y Rubio Barrios (2015), Calixto, y Álvarez (2012), Cuadros (2016). Se concluye la integración del modelo parte de la premisa de que no estamos educando a las nuevas generaciones de jóvenes en la totalidad de su ser, en todas sus dimensiones considerando las potencialidades existentes para su desarrollo. Así mismo, la gerencia educativa debe establecer las condiciones y los procesos necesarios para fomentar hacia el interior de la institución la cultura de Gestión de Conocimiento, generando nuevos proyectos vinculando a la comunidad en el quehacer institucional.es-ES
