dc.descriptionThe objective of this research is to analyze knowledge transfer strategies: as an element of the management of Humanware in Saber organizations, in order to be able to provide tools that are used by participants and facilitators in the educational process as well as investigative, Mixing the processes of management and knowledge. The research was based on the positivist paradigm with a descriptive type and a non-experimental, transversal, field design. The study was made up of teachers-facilitators and students-participants of the Universities of Norte de Santander-Colombia considering stratified probabilistic sampling, leaving a total of two hundred seventeen (217) subjects to be investigated. dc.descriptionEl objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias de transferencia del conocimiento: como elemento de la gestión de Humanware en las organizaciones del Saber, con la finalidad de poder brindar herramientas que sean utilizadas por los participantes y facilitadores en el proceso educativo así como investigativo, mezclando los procesos de gestión y de conocimiento. La investigación se asentó bajo el paradigma positivista con un tipo descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, transversal, de campo. El estudio estuvo conformado por docentes-facilitadores y alumnos-participantes de las Universidades del Norte de Santander-Colombia considerando el muestreo probabilístico estratificado quedando un total de doscientos diecisiete (217) sujetos a investigar. Sus resultados están reflejados en que las estrategias para la transferencia del conocimiento se ha convertido en un punto de presión y referencia para orientar los cambios que tiene que efectuar el sistema educativo; para formar los nuevos profesionales manteniendo coherencia o sintonía con los cambios macro estructurales, en los que es participe y determinante las características de la educación del futuro, mientras que la gestión no proporciona oportunidades donde todas las personas adquieren habilidades, destrezas así como competencias socio- emocionales basados en el desarrollo de programas donde interactúan las personas y las maquinas.es-ES
