dc.descriptionResearch aimed at describing teaching tasks from their guiding role in General Secondary Education. Based on the professional profile proposed by the School of Education of the University of Zulia in its curricular design, articulated with theoretical proposals from Amezcua, Pérez and Valladares (2004), Brooks and Brooks (1999) and Martínez-Salanova (2002). Descriptive and field research. A questionnaire with a Likert scale of 0.96 reliability was designed and applied. The sample, represented by the entire population, distributed as follows: fifteen (15) teachers and seventy (70) students in the 1st year of General Secondary Education. Concluding that, teachers fulfill tasks such as: personalized attention, referral of students, stimulation of students' personal growth, among others.en-US
dc.descriptionInvestigación dirigida a describir las tareas docentes desde su rol orientador en la Educación Media General. Fundamentada en el perfil profesional planteado por la Escuela de Educación de la Universidad del Zulia en su diseño curricular, articulado con propuestas teóricas de Amezcua, Pérez y Valladares (2004), Brooks y Brooks (1999) y Martínez- Salanova (2002). Investigación descriptiva y de campo. Se diseñó y aplicó un cuestionario con escala Likert de confiabilidad 0.96. La muestra, representada por la totalidad de la población, distribuida de la siguiente manera: quince (15) docentes y setenta (70) estudiantes de 1er año de Educación Media General. Concluyendo que, los docentes cumplen tareas como: atención personalizada, remisión de los estudiantes, estimulación del crecimiento personal de los estudiantes, entre otros.es-ES
