dc.descriptionThe objective of this article is to reflect on an aspect of organizational behavior, such as the psychological contract that is generated between university students and the Núcleo Costa Oriental del Lago of the Universidad del Zulia as an educational organization. It describes the stages of the socialization process followed by the new students at the Nucleus, analyzing the characteristics of this population that affect in different ways this core process, which affects their successful academic performance, especially those related to the stage of the psychological contract as part of the socialization process. Finally, some final reflections on the subject are established, among which the importance of the psychological contract in the establishment of a harmonious and nurturing organizational climate in the university context is highlighted.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo del presente artículo es reflexionar sobre un aspecto de la conducta organizacional, como es el contrato psicológico que se genera entre los estudiantes universitarios y el Núcleo Costa Oriental del Lago de la Universidad del Zulia como organización educativa. En este se describen las etapas del proceso de socialización que siguen los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso al Núcleo, analizando las características de esta población que afectan de diversas maneras este proceso medular, que incide en su desempeño académico exitoso, especialmente aquellas relacionadas con la etapa del contrato psicológico como parte del proceso de socialización. Finalmente, se establecen algunas reflexiones finales sobre el tema, entre las cuales se destaca la importancia del contrato psicológico en el establecimiento de un clima organizacional armónico y nutritivo en el contexto universitario.es-ES
