dc.descriptionThe objective of the research was to analyze the quality of life at work in private health centers. Methodologically, the study was of an analytical type with a field design, not experimental, transectional. The population was formed by three (03) private health companies located in the municipality of San Juan del Cesar Colombia, with a total of (37) employees. The data was collected by applying a questionnaire-type instrument under the Likert scale, validated by (03) experts in the field, with a reliability of 0.86 through the Alpha Cronbach coefficient. The results determined that private health companies’ quality of life at work develops at a moderate level. Finally, it is concluded that these companies do not develop harmoniously the elements that directly benefit or affect employees.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la calidad de vida en el trabajo en los centros privados de salud. Metodológicamente el estudio fue de tipo analítico con un diseño de campo, no experimental, transeccional. La población se conformó por  tres (03) empresas privadas de salud ubicadas en el municipio San Juan del Cesar Colombia, con un total de (37) empleados. Los datos se recabaron aplicando un instrumento tipo cuestionario bajo la escala de Likert, validado por (03) expertos en la materia, con una confiabilidad de 0,86 a través del coeficiente Alpha Cronbach. Los resultados determinaron que las empresas privadas de salud la calidad de vida en el trabajo se desarrolla en un nivel moderado. Finalmente se concluye que estas empresas no desarrollan en forma armónica los elementos que de manera directa benefician o afectan a los empleados.es-ES
