dc.descriptionThe objective of the study was to determine the formation of human talent in the service companies of the Carboniferous Complex Cerrejón LCC. Methodologically it was of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental, transectional design. As a population, the three (03) service companies were considered, with 78 reporting units. The technique of data collection was the interview and as a tool a structured questionnaire was applied, validated by (05) experts and determined its reliability through the Alpha Cronbach coefficient with a result of 0.83. The results determined that human development components and training policies are sometimes examined. Finally, it is concluded that all the effects produced by the formation of human talent; causes moderate changes in the performance of the personnel of the companies studied.en-US
dc.descriptionEl estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la formación del talento humano en las empresas de servicios al Complejo Carbonífero Cerrejón LCC.    Metodológicamente fue de tipo descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, transeccional. Como población se consideraron las tres (03) empresas de servicios, con 78 unidades informantes. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la entrevista y como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado, validado por (05) expertos y determinada su confiabilidad a través del coeficiente Alpha Cronbach con resultado de 0,83. Los resultados determinaron que algunas veces se examinan los componentes de desarrollo humano y las políticas de formación. Finalmente se concluye que todos los efectos producidos por la formación del talento humano; origina cambios moderados en el rendimiento del personal de las empresas estudiadas.es-ES
