dc.descriptionThe purpose of the study was to identify the logistical management factors for the rehabilitation of wells in the oil industry in Lake Maracaibo. The research was descriptive, non-experimental, field, transectional. The population was made up of 39 subjects who manage and lead the well rehabilitation operations. The survey was used, through a self-administered questionnaire, validated by 5 experts in the area and measured by the Alpha Cronbach method, obtaining a reliability of 0.73. Descriptive statistics was used by analyzing the means and standard deviation. The results indicate that the factors of the logistical management of materials are presented in a moderate way in general; In relation to internal factors, the indicator of managerial capacity reached a very high presence; regarding the external factor, the political indicator reached a high presence, representing opportunities for improvement in order to achieve effective management.en-US
dc.descriptionEl propósito del estudio fue identificar los factores de la gestión logística de para la rehabilitación de pozos de la industria petrolera en el Lago Maracaibo. La investigación fue descriptiva, no experimental, de campo, transeccional. La población estuvo  conformada por 39 sujetos que gerencian y lideran las operaciones de rehabilitación de pozos. Se utilizó la encuesta, mediante un cuestionario autoadministrado, validado por 5 expertos en el área y medido mediante el método Alfa Cronbach obteniendo una confiabilidad de 0,73. Se utilizó la estadística descriptiva mediante el análisis de las medias y desviación estándar. Los resultados señalan que los factores de la gestión logística de materiales se presentan de forma moderada en general; con relación a los factores internos el indicador capacidad directiva alcanzó una muy alta presencia; referente al factor externo, el indicador político alcanzó una alta presencia, representado oportunidades de  mejoras a fin de alcanzar una gestión efectiva.es-ES
