dc.descriptionThis article makes a reflection on the teaching exercise, articulated to the missionary processes of research, extension and social projection, which constitutes a topic of great interest within the studies on the teaching profession and university life, the contrast between the image of the teacher and the missionary axes of the university, meditating on how to develop their ability to reflect on the reality of facilitating learning, the adaptation of the knowledge acquired in a predominantly theoretical and practical way, as well as the approach to the projection of the teaching exercise as a researcher that focuses on the appropriation of investigative skills, the conception of extension and social projection that reaches the relevance and effectiveness of the exercise of the university community committed to educational impact, through appropriate interaction with society in search of the sustainable development of human dignity.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo hace una reflexión sobre el ejercicio docente, articulado a los procesos misionales de investigación, extensión y proyección social, el cual constituye un tema de sumo interés dentro de los estudios sobre la profesión docente y la vida universitaria, el contraste entre la imagen del docente y los ejes misionales de la universidad, meditando el cómo desarrollar su capacidad de reflexión sobre la realidad del facilitar el aprendizaje, la adaptación del conocimiento adquirido de forma predominantemente teórica y práctica, asimismo, el abordaje sobre la proyección del ejercicio docente como investigador que se concentra en la apropiación de competencias investigativas, la concepción sobre la extensión y la proyección social que alcanza la pertinencia y eficacia del ejercicio de la comunidad universitaria comprometido con el impacto educativo, mediante la interacción apropiada con la sociedad en búsqueda del desarrollo sostenible de la dignidad humana.es-ES
