dc.descriptionThe purpose of this essay is to describe and interpret the dialogical processes of the educational fact that emerge from the Doctorate in Education of the National University "Rafael María Baralt", the applied methodology is the phenomenological hermeneutic with a data collection technique, as well as its meanings. This allowed both teachers and students to explore their ethical and moral responsibilities. On the other hand, it is important to encourage the university to give qualitative research in the socio-political, socio-critical, socio-semiotic and educational environment as part of the Unermbista culture, under well-defined aspects of social consciousness and social fitness.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente ensayo tiene como propósito describir e interpretación los procesos dialógicos del hecho educativo que emergen del Doctorado en Educación de la Universidad Nacional “Rafael María Baralt”, la metodología aplicada es la fenomenológico hermenéutico con una técnica de recolección de datos, así como a sus significados. Esto permitió explorar tanto en docentes como estudiantes sus responsabilidades éticas y morales. Por otro lado, es importante el impulso que la universidad tenga a bien dar a la investigación cualitativa en el seno sociopolítico, socio-crítico, socio-semiótico y educativo como parte de la cultura Unermbista, bajos aspectos bien definidos de la conciencia social y la aptitud social.es-ES
